Nhà máy được đầu tư, xây dựng bài bản với đầy đủ công nghệ xử lý hiện đại theo quy trình khép kín. Nhà máy được xây dựng trên diện tích gần 17ha, là Nhà máy Tái chế và Xử lý Chất thải Công nghiệp – Nguy hại có quy mô lớn, hiện đại đầu tiên của TP.HCM và là một trong những Nhà máy có quy mô, hiện đại nhất Việt Nam.

MOC AN CHAU WASTE TREATMENT FACTORY

The first centralized treatment of industrial-hazardous solid waste in Ho Chi Minh City

PROJECT LOCATION

Belongs to the city’s waste treatment planning area with convenient traffic, ensuring stable and long-term operation.

 

The factory is located at Da Phuoc Solid Waste Treatment Complex, Da Phuoc Commune, Binh Chanh District, HCMC. The factory is contiguous to:

 

  • North – Green Sai Gon Sludge Treatment Plant;
  • East – Green Sai Gon Sludge Treatment Plant;
  • South – Nga Cay Canal ;
  • West – Chieu Canal;

PROJECT SCALE

The project is large-scale, capable of development and expansion when social needs increase;

 

The factory has an area of 169.142,2m2 (nearly 17 hectares), in which:

 

  • Land used for waste treatment – 5,8 ha;
  • Land used for incinerator – 0,84 ha;
  • Land used for laboratory applications and new technologies –1,96 ha;
  • Land used for operating office – 0,5 ha;
  • The security landfill – 2 ha;
  • Land used for infrastructure, parking, transportation – 3,41 ha;
  • Green area – water surface – 2,4 ha.

industrial and hazardous waste according to regulations
